After talking with the tech for a while, he understood my dilemma and put me on hold while he looked into it. The BMR said we have 36TB of data backed up, but it is a 6TB device. I had to contact tech support again just the other day. I set up the cloud replication and it started going right away. As I recall, you can even password protect that link so you can hand it out to an end user safely. Copy and past them into your target folder. Enter that into Windows Explorer and drill down to the file(s) you want. You log in through the web console directly to the BMR and tell it which incremental backup point you want to recover from and it gives you a local file system link. The device is easy to set up and the client software is easy to deploy. There is also a cloud console on the internet to which you may log in and control it and your account. Before I begin, let me clarify that the BMR itself has a web console to which you log in to control it locally. I have used it past the 30 day trial period and it is has been paid for one year.
